What to do before your visit
Rinse gently with warm water.
If a tooth breaks, save any pieces and bring them.
Use a cold compress on your cheek for swelling.
Avoid chewing on the painful side.
These are general comfort tips, not a substitute for an exam.
What to expect at your appointment
Quick exam and imaging. We find the source of the problem. Our cone beam 3D imaging gives a detailed view when needed, including for root canals.
A clear explanation. Dr. Daniel Saffo or Dr. Christina Saffo explains what's going on and your options. No pressure.
Treatment or a plan. Depending on the problem, that may mean a filling, crown, root canal, or extraction.
We use The Wand for more comfortable numbing. If you're anxious, ask about laughing gas or oral sedation.
