How we plan your implant
Our office uses a digital cone beam 3D imaging system. It gives the doctors a detailed 3D view of your jaw for precise implant planning and 3D-guided surgery.
We also use a Trios scanner for digital intra-oral modeling, a modern alternative to traditional impression trays.
For comfort, we use The Wand, a computer-guided system for gentler anesthetic delivery.
What to expect
Consultation. Dr. Daniel Saffo or Dr. Christina Saffo examines your mouth, takes 3D images, and talks through your options.
Placement. The implant post is placed. If you're nervous, ask about laughing gas or oral sedation.
Healing. The implant bonds with the bone over time. Your doctor will tell you what to expect in your case.
Your new tooth. A custom crown, bridge, or denture is attached.
We explain every step before we begin, and we never pressure you into treatment you don't need.
Our implant warranty
We stand behind our work. If one of our implants fails within 5 years of placement, we'll repair or replace it at no charge, or refund your money.

Most patients are numbed during the procedure, and we use The Wand for more comfortable anesthetic. Laughing gas and oral sedation are also available. Ask us what recovery may feel like for you.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your bone and healing, and whether other treatment is needed first. Your doctor will give you a personal timeline at your consultation.
Am I too old for implants?
Age alone usually isn't the deciding factor. Your health and bone support matter more. An exam will tell us.
